I started my career in user research and design, and over time grew into leading cross-functional teams through complex product and operational challenges. I’m most energized when I can connect strategy to execution, guiding work from early discovery through launch, especially in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.

I lead with empathy and high standards. I care deeply about the people doing the work and believe great products come from environments where teams feel supported, heard, and challenged in the right ways. My goal is always excellent outcomes without burnout.

Select Project Experience

  • Led discovery for a new SaaS program supporting North American growers. Designed and executed surveys and interviews, created personas, journey maps, and future-state workflows, and synthesized insights to define product and service direction. Partnered with stakeholders to align on priorities and establish a foundation for scalable product adoption.

  • Led interviews, surveys, and concept validation to assess desirability of electric vehicle features for the North American market. Synthesized qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product direction and guide decisions around customer-facing services. 

  • Led product definition for a new applicant tracking system. Conducted stakeholder interviews, capability mapping, feature definition, and roadmap creation. Guided cross-functional teams through discovery to align business goals, user needs, and delivery priorities. 

  • Planned and facilitated a multi-day workshop to explore future customer experiences using emerging technologies. Led persona development, journey mapping, ideation, and prioritization exercises, resulting in a clear roadmap and next steps across multiple initiatives. 

  • Supported the definition of a future vision for HR technology using GenAI. Conducted SME interviews, facilitated ideation sessions, and developed lifecycle maps to clarify opportunities and inform product and operational strategy. 

  • Led discovery and product definition for a two-sided e-commerce marketplace. Guided research, product-market fit analysis, and technical exploration, resulting in a clickable prototype and roadmap used to support investor and customer conversations. 

  • Managed research, design, and build of a self-service onboarding portal for a healthcare technology company. Mapped workflows, identified operational friction, coordinated designers and engineers, and partnered closely with stakeholders to deliver a more scalable and streamlined customer onboarding experience. 

  • Led research and discovery to reposition a practice management system for the MedSpa market. Conducted competitive analysis, evaluated user workflows, improved information architecture, and delivered a future-state roadmap to support a new customer segment. Item description

  • Supported a global navigation redesign aimed at improving trial-to-paid conversion. Advised on personas, competitive benchmarking, user interviews, card sorting, information architecture, and UI updates to reduce friction across key customer journeys. Item description

  • Conducted field research, interviews, and prototype testing to validate a new B2B product for automotive service shops. Synthesized insights to support strategy decisions and inform a high-level implementation roadmap.
